Our Apprenticeship Programme
To secure our long-term future the Business actively promotes an apprenticeship program which is designed to give opportunities to young adults and to nurture natural talent
All of our apprentices are encouraged to realise their ambitions and to successfully achieve their personal goals and ambitions. As a testament to our commitment to training thirty percent of our employees have been developed through our Apprenticeship Training Programme.
As a result of our Apprenticeship programme NE Engineering are not affected by a skills shortage, our Company Ethos and methods are protected, and it ensures our long-term objectives are achieved.
