The process can then be imported into our CAM system to enable virtual component manufacture allowing you to visualise your finished product and tweak before the real-world manufacture and assembly process begins.

Our CNC turning and milling machinery produces simple components through to complex precision parts and assemblies.

• You can choose from a wide range of materials and finishing processes.
• Anodizing is an electrochemical process that will make your parts asthetically attractive and offer protection from the environment.
• Bead Blasting is a cost-effective way to give a matt or satin finish to your product.
• You can also opt for Chrome, Zinc, or Nickle plating right through to PTFE Coating.
