Our process efficiency is under-pinned by incorporating a top end CAM system, all Clients products are programmed off-line utilising a computer aided manufacturing system. Initially all machining is performed in a virtual environment prior to committing them to manufacture which allows processes to be tweaked to ensure optimum performance and to negate any possible failures due to human error or procedural conflicts.
All of the tooling and equipment used for the manufacture of Customer product is the latest cutting-edge technology supported by a powerful CAM system with innovative post processor technology developed by NE Engineering to reduce lead times and waste.
